Her background reflects a strong foundation in both clinical support and administrative oversight, allowing her to guide the practice with a balanced and practical approach.

Lalaine began her career in physical therapy, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and rehabilitation services. After relocating to California, she continued her work in healthcare as a Rehabilitation Technician and later advanced into a management role within a rehabilitation department. Through years of dedication and consistent growth, she transitioned into healthcare administration, where she has now served in a leadership capacity for over 15 years.

As Practice Administrator, Lalaine oversees the daily operations of the clinic, including staff management, regulatory compliance, revenue cycle processes, and patient service standards. She plays an integral role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the practice while supporting both providers and patients. Her leadership extends to coordinating care across multiple settings, including the clinic, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
