With a heart for healing and a passion for patient-centered care, Lee Michelle Saarinas, MSPA, PA-C, brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassion to Prestige Care Physician, Inc.

Board-certified and trained in integrative medicine, Michelle has dedicated her career to delivering comprehensive care across primary care, geriatrics, internal medicine, and wound care settings.

Her experience spans home health services, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinical care, making her especially skilled in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and dementia. She is also proficient in advanced wound care techniques, home-based health management, and interdisciplinary care planning.

Michelle earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she was awarded the President’s Leadership Award and served as a student leader. She holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), and is fluent in English and Tagalog, with basic proficiency in Spanish, which enhances her ability to connect with and advocate for diverse patient populations.

A mentor to rising PA students and a trusted collaborator among multidisciplinary teams, Michelle is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes through education, empowerment, and continuity of care.

When she’s not seeing patients, Michelle continues to serve the community through volunteerism and outreach, both locally and internationally.
